Summary
I run a business on Stowell Street, in Newcastle and am appalled at the way the kids go on. You see them all the time jumping on cars, being cheeky to security staff from other businesses when they try to move them from their property. Maybe an undercover photographer would get a good view.
From 6.30pm on Monday the street is a no-go zone. There are always fights and the police get called a lot from anonymous local people.See the full content of this document
