ANGLICAN bishops can begin to "heal the wounds" caused by the vote over women bishops when they meet at the Lambeth Conference, according to a Durham University expert.
Rev Miranda Threlfall-Holmes, a member of the General Synod of the Church of England, said the conference, which opened yesterday, was a "tremendous opportunity" for the church to learn from the experience of more than 20 women bishops who would be attending from around the world.See the full content of this document
