Summary
A WOMAN who has lost loved ones to breast cancer is taking part in the Great North Run for a research charity. Janet Casson, from Wallsend, is to join the Breast Cancer Campaign's Jigsaw Runners team for the race in Newcastle on September 20.
Her mother died from the disease in 1981, aged 52, and her sister Cath was diagnosed in 2005, followed by her stepmother Rose a year later. More recently Janet's friend Alison passed away from breast cancer.See the full content of this document
