Summary
I would like to comment on your article, No Bed of Roses for Kids who Sleep on the Streets.
While everybody agrees it's terrible for them, I wonder at what age they take responsibility for their own behaviour. For instance, Kayleigh was disruptive at school, she was drinking, she gave birth to a son when she was 15, she was thrown out of a hostel for threatening staff, then she was caught for theft, then anti-social behaviour and then arson.See the full content of this document
