Michelin topped the rankings for the sixth year running in the latest J.D. Power Tyre Customer Satisfaction Study, whilst Continental dropped to seventh place.
The study is the largest of its kind in the UK, measuring the views of almost 3,000 vehicle owners. It reveals that overall customer-satisfaction for the industry is up significantly, with improvements in tyre quality and durability as well as traction.See the full content of this document
