TYNESIDE MP and Foreign Secretary David Miliband has flown back from the Middle East to vote for the government's controversial 42- day terror detention plan tonight.
He was ordered back from the occupied Palestinian territories yesterday and will return to complete the Israeli part of the trip at "the earliest opportunity", said his spokeswoman.See the full content of this document
