Gateshead shoppers are being treated to some pavement entertainment over the coming months with a new programme of free comedy, theatre, music and make-believe on Trinity Square in Gateshead town centre.

Organised by Gateshead Council, the programme will introduce a host of performers to liven up autumn lunchtimes in the centre for residents, shoppers, workers and visitors to enjoy.
