THE ensembles booked for Wednesday evening recitals in Hall Two of The Sage Gateshead between this October and April next year offer an exciting combination of youthful musicians amassing awards from across Europe and the renowned Tchaikovsky Piano Trio who have built up an unequalled reputation as a group of firstclass musicians.
The season opens on October 1 with the Michelangelo String Quartet performing three quartets - the Beethoven Op.18 No.5 in A; Shostakovich's No.2 in A, Op.68, and the ever-popular Quartet in G minor, Op.10, by Debussy.See the full content of this document
