Tennis: Greg Rusedski rallied past Karol Beck 3-6 6-3 7-6 (7/2) to move into the quarter-finals of the pounds 205,000 Mercedes-Benz Cup. "It is nice to win, no matter how you do it," said Rusedski, a hard-serving left-hander who rifled 16 aces in the 107-minute victory. Rusedski will now face German Nicolas Kiefer, who beat American qualifier Glenn Weiner 6-4 7-5.
