A TEENAGER has been given a role which will see him rub shoulders with royalty. Harley Seccombe will help to show members of the Royal family around Tyneside and Wearside after being appointed as the Lord Lieutenant's Cadet for the area.
The coveted position means that during any official engagements by members of royalty in the region during the next 12 months, Harley, 16, will assist Lord Lieutenant Nigel Sherlock in his duties.
