Summary
A NEW world record for rowing across the Atlantic has been set by a team of Durham University graduates. Chris Covey, David Hosking MBE, Naomi Hoogesteger and Paddy Thomas formed part of a six-man crew who set off on the 3,000-mile journey last month.
Team Hallin set off from Tenerife and crossed the finish line in Barbados on Monday after 31days, 23 hours and 31 minutes on the ocean waves - shaving more than a day off from the existing world record.See the full content of this document
