Summary


Recently, a couple of residents in our complex were mugged, on separate occasions, outside the main door to their block on Clayton St West, in Newcastle. One victim had his arm in a cast for weeks and it had to be reset. Even with three witnesses willing to give a statement the police let the attacker off with a caution, as it was the first offence!

And you wonder why the public has little faith in either the police or the courts to pass justice out?
