Summary


IT'S been going for more than 54 years and the Eurovision has seen some of the great and the good.

Last time Britain won was in 1997 when Katrina and the Waves performed "Love Shine a Light", before it reached number two in the charts. Other winners include Bucks Fizz, back in 1981, Brotherhood of Man in 1976 and in 1961 Sandie Shaw impressed the panel with Puppet on a String.
