A STUDY of anti-social behaviour which leads to many parks and open spaces across County Durham becoming "nogo areas" after dark will be used to help reduce crime.

Measures to combat the problem include the seizure of alcohol from under-age drinkers, fixed penalty notices for environmental crimes and test purchase operations at off licences.
