Summary
MORE than 700 runners took part in the Great North Run for the Stroke Association, and between them are set to raise over pounds 170,000 in sponsorship.
The charity's runners consumed more than 400 cups of tea and coffee, 360 packs of sandwiches, 300 chocolate bars and 100 runners received massages from masseurs who worked non-stop for three hours.See the full content of this document
