Summary
VALUABLE metal plaques which marked a historic walk have been stolen by thieves.
The discs provided information and images along the popular Ouseburn Valley heritage trail in Newcastle. The 12-inch diameter plaques, created by artist Michael Johnson as part of a Newcastle City Council project, were embedded in a walkway which skirts the river and circles the Ouseburn Farm.See the full content of this document
