ANOTHER vicious is thug released onto our streets by the bleeding- hearted, liberal New Labour Party and another innocent victim suffers the effects of New Labour's protectionist policy towards its criminal friends.

We don't have prisons any more, we have five-star luxury hotels, with al a carte menus. We don't have prisoners, we have guests.
