Boat owners in Blyth have pledged their support for a campaign to replace the port's axed lifeboat and launch an independent sea rescue service.
The 120-member River Blyth Boating Association says it is fully behind moves to replace the offshore boat Windsor Runner, which was withdrawn by the RNLI three weeks ago, and maintain the traditional high standards of lifeboat cover in the area.See the full content of this document
