WHY doesn't life mean life? I can't believe Sarah Payne's murderer, Roy Whiting, pictured, has been told by a judge that the "appropriate" minimum term for his crime is a period of 40 years, reduced from 50 years.
I say take the age of poor Sarah before she died, at the age of eight, take that away from the average life expectancy, of 81, and hand that sentence of 73 years in jail to the beast.See the full content of this document
