I WOULD like to put a letter of thanks in the Evening Chronicle on behalf of myself, who was in the Land Army, for the reception at the Civic Centre on December 17.

I would like to thank the Lord and Lady Mayoress, the Lord Lieutenant of Tyne and Wear and everyone that made that day so special. It was absolutely wonderful.
