IT IS very obvious that parking cars and heavy vehicles on pavements, whether fully or partly, is condoned by the council and shows total disregard to pedestrian safety and future exorbitant repair costs.
I am aware that some streets are so narrow that pavement parking is necessary otherwise the street would be blocked but, in general, it has become a driver's habit.See the full content of this document
