MARTIN Harris, commercial director of Go North East, pictured below, should get the message by now that bus-users were quite happy the way things were before all these changes to routes.
What I cannot understand is why direct links to hospitals have been hit. JR from Wallsend ("New buses have left us worse off', Your Shout, Monday) mentions that North Tyneside Hospital has lost a direct service, not forgetting the no 51 that at one time passed close to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead.See the full content of this document
