Summary
While we all sympathise with those hit by the latest earthquake, pictured, I am not surprised to be told our Government has promised pounds 1m to the relief fund. Our Government is proving generous to every cause, using taxpayers' money, except relieving the burden of tax on probably the heaviest taxed people on Earth.
If our leaders were seen to give of their own substance, maybe then they would deserve our thanks. We could all be magnanimous while holding someone else's purse strings.See the full content of this document
