Government watchdog the Care Quality Commission issued a formal warning to Geoshine Limited, the registered provider of Monks Haven Residential Home, Cullercoats, North Tyneside, after discovering a series of concerning issues from poor hygiene to staff shouting at residents and even one resident leaving the home and being found nearby.
