THE heartbroken parents of a tragic 20-year-old say they are still waiting for answers on the first anniversary of his death today. Devastated Charles and Lynn Lowden, of Bedlington, in Northumberland, launched legal action against the health care trust responsible for their son, Charlie, who died within weeks of having a routine hernia operation.
Just ten days after the successful procedure on November 27 last year, Charlie was rushed into Wansbeck General Hospital with a suspected blood clot.See the full content of this document
