LAWYERS are today considering bringing criminal charges against the police officer driving the patrol car which killed schoolgirl Hayley Adamson.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission has sent evidence from its investigation into the 16-year-old's death to the Crown Prosecution Service. A decision will now be made whether there is enough evidence to bring a criminal prosecution two months after Hayley was struck by the Northumbria Police patrol car in Newcastle's West End.See the full content of this document
