AFTER the controversy over the casting of Daniel Radcliffe when Equus debuted in London in 2007, I knew seeing it here would certainly be an exciting experience.
Although this performance was Harry Potter-less, Alfie Allen - brother of Lily - did a marvellous job of picking up the slack in the role of Alan Strang, a young man with an obsession for horses, who ironically ends up vengefully blinding six of them.See the full content of this document
