Summary
Jamie Coates was outstanding in leading Tynemouth to a match- winning total against Newcastle. He struck a couple of sixes and 13 boundaries in an unbeaten 87 made out of a total of 157 for two. Jonathan Hyers contributed 22 but the innings was dominated by Coates.
