Summary
AS you might know there has been a lot of flooding in the west of England. The floods were caused by Global Warming. The o-zone layer has a huge hole in it and is making the Arctic melt and that is making the sea levels rise, and that is why it has been flooding.
In Gloucestershire around 350,000 people had no tap water.See the full content of this document
