A CAMPAIGN aimed at more than 17,000 hidden carers is being launched today. The Who Cares? campaign is wanting Newcastle's 17,602 carers suffering alone to get in touch.

More than two thirds of people in the city who look after a loved one do not access any help or support from health and care organisations, according to newly-launched NHS service, Carers Direct.
