CHINESE boxing classes are offering an alternative way to learn self-defence. Mu Lung Wushu Gwoon classes are on Tuesday nights for teens or adults between 6pm to 7pm. Junior Dragons, for children aged six to 11, classes starts are on Friday nights between 5pm and 6pm at the Martial Arts Centre, Gateshead. Booking fees are pounds 6 per person.
