A MAGISTRATE is appealing for help to catch the hooded thugs who smashed into his home and attacked his disabled brother. The two balaclava-clad thugs kicked down the front door, burst in with what is believed to be a baseball bat and beat his autistic brother, leaving him with a fractured skull.

Today Shiv Pabary says it is "unfathomable" why they would target his Gosforth home and is determined to catch the culprits.
