IN HIS newest book, Darren Ritson takes us on a tour of some of Britain's spookiest sites, introducing us along the way to his team of "Ghost In-Spectres" and to what he refers to as the "tools of the trade".

Still based in North Tyneside, Darren and his team have settled in for the night in ghostly gaols and haunted hotels from Ayrshire to Alnwick, Borley to Blackpool, collecting what they believe to be evidence of the existence of ghosts.
