JUST an update on the condition of the surface water drains in and around the Blaydon, Ryton and Crawcrook areas.
After our first substantial rain for some time now I find the drains in the area overflowing because the council has done nothing to clean them. The drains on the B6317 from Blaydon roundabout to Crawcrook, Stargate Lane and Grange Road are all blocked and overflowing and these are only the ones I have seen.See the full content of this document
