Cash is flowing out of English football like never before, according to an annual review of football finance.

The Deloitte report shows net transfer fees paid by English clubs ( the difference between the amount spent and amount earned on transfers ( increased by 225% from pounds 81m in 2002/03 to pounds 263m in 2003/04.
