CHEEKY council officials warned a family man to repair his unsafe garage - after one of their tractors had careered into it.

Ian Parker was furious when the out of control machine skidded on wet grass and piled into his garage causing pounds 15,000 of damage. But as he fought to get compensation to repair the damage, he received a call from the council which warned him they now classed it as an unsafe structure and if he didn't repair it they may have to demolish it.
