LAST month QEHS hosted its annual Burns Night Supper, celebrating the birthday of Scottish poet, Robert Burns.
Many hours were spent preparing the food and there was an excellent turn out. As guests arrived they were offered a welcoming 'nip' of whiskey and celebrations began with the haggis being piped in. One of Robert Burns' poems 'To a Haggis' was read and the food was served, with guests enjoying a delicious meal of haggis, 'neeps' and 'tatties'.See the full content of this document
