STUART BROAD put himself on a hat-trick in his first over of the Ashes tour - but England had to dig in for just two more successes before tea against Western Australia today.
The rattled hosts stumbled to nought for two, before opener Wes Robinson (62) and Adam Voges (54no) aided the recovery to 156 for four.
