BELL (Stakeford). Les, Amanda and Louise, the family of the late Susan Ann, wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Thank you for the many cards we received and for the generous donations made to St. Oswald's Hospice in remembrance of Susan. Thank you to the GPs of The Gables Surgery and to all of the District Nurses, both from the surgery and from the Northern Doctors Out of Hours Service, the staff of St. Oswald's Hospice and the two Macmillan Nurses for the dedicated care and support they gave to Susan during her illness. Thank you also to Reverend Barry Welsh for his most comforting service and to John Kinghorn and the staff of Peter Grenfell Funeral Directors for the impeccable funeral arrangements.
CRAIG (Blakelaw). Isobel and sons, Peter and Stephen, would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for the lovely cards of condolence, floral tributes and kindness shown at the sad loss of Peter, a dear husband and dad, doctors and staff on Ward 22 at the R. V. I., Newcastle and Newcastle General and Freeman Hospitals where Peter was looked after over the years, to all ambulance staff, to Fr. O'Kane for a very moving service at St. Bede's R. C. Church, to Richard Owen, Funeral Director of the Co-operative Funeralcare, Benwell and staff at the Chapel of Rest, Westerhope for their care of Peter. Thank you so much.
